- Ms. Hills is active in the nonprofit sector, having served on the boards of directors for places like the Glazer Children’s Museum and Keep Tampa Bay Beautiful in addition to her duties with Parks and Recreation. She coaches a girls’ basketball team when she’s free. She can give back to the sports world by influencing future athletes, thanks to her accomplishments as a Division I basketball player at the University of Notre Dame and the University of Florida.
