i used to dye my hair like no other. for some reason barbara (momma bun) let me in sixth grade and it continued until it progressively became blonde-er in 7th grade-ish. then i dyed it back, had a brief cleopatra mode that summer, and now it’s back to normal. and i love it and the shampoo i use. it smells wonderful in Chicken lady classy sassy and a bit smart assy shirt.

speaking of momma bun, my family is boss. my parents are really strangeand wacky, but i love them to pieces. they met in first grade. But lived in the same neighborhood since my grandparents moved in when my mom was 3. in fact, we still live in my dad’s house while my grandparents are 13 houses away. they only dated each other and have pretty much been together since they were 14. (how precious.) and mallory is a sassy little teenager these days. she’s a peach. and louie, the third child, rules over us all. stupid biting furball.

i drink water, unsweet iced tea, and the occasional orange juice. no coffee, no milk, and especially no pop. the addiction to iced tea is unhealthy, like i have my own iced tea brewer. get like me.

my nanny (as in grandma.) has trained me as a vicious card shark andbingo-er. she’s taught me how to curse like the best of them, to sandbag when playing 500, and that excessive bingo marking is unacceptable. i choose to spend time with her because she is my favorite old lady ever. that,and she makes mean baked goods.

we have a farm that i used to spend every weekend at and ride dirtbikesand catch tadpoles and smash cicadas. no, there are no cows or chickensor cornfields but that’s what it’s called. when my dad retires he plans on turning it into a horse-rescue ranch thing. (you go DB!) for now, it’s hunting camp and the place to be in the summer.
